1. Eligibility
The Southern Trust Mortgage $250 Teachers Helping Teachers Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to past clients of Southern Trust Mortgage who are Teachers or support staff of an educational organization, and such employed individuals they nominate. Nominees must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be a teacher or school staff member.
- Have a valid email address at the time of nomination.
2. How to Enter
To enter, nominators must submit a teacher’s name and valid email address through the official Giveaway form. Each valid nomination constitutes one entry for the nominee. Multiple nominations are allowed. Nominating also enters the nominator for a chance to win. Multiple Nominees by one Nominator does not increase the odds of Nominator winning. One Entry will be counted for Nominator.
3. Marketing Communications
By participating, nominees agree to receive marketing communications via email and/or text from Southern Trust Mortgage. Nominees may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications or by replying “STOP” to any text message.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2025. The drawing will take place on November 27, 2025.
- The winner must have a valid email address at the time of selection to be eligible.
- The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If no response is received within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prize
The winner(s) will receive a $250 prize, delivered in the form an Amazon Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items.
6. General Conditions
Southern Trust Mortgage reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
