Ben is a 10/10! While buying a home alone is extremely stressful, he was ALWAYS available for any questions I may have and always explained it so I could understand. He was always honest and straightforward about everything. He always kept me in the loop and worked diligently for over a year with me while I worked to sell my previous home to buy my new home. I will most definitely recommend to all friends and family who are in the market for a loan officer!
I recently closed a client of ours, that worked with this lender! Recommend him 10 out of 10!!! 1.) He showed up to closing, which is not common after COVID, and 2.) He was informative, and helpful. He discussed many things with his clients, whom he was able to get TWO grants for!!! He explained the process for the grants (something I usually have to do), and he discussed the recapture rate with this his clients (which most honestly don't know how to explain or discuss - including myself). Overall, one of the best LO I have sat at the table with! Would recommend him 10 out of 10!! Great Job Benjamin!!!
