Educators, Medical Professionals, First Responders, Firefighters and Law Enforcement can get assistance in accessing matching funds for the down payment, closing costs and rehabilitation costs incurred when purchasing a home.

Matching Funds Available
Borrowers minimum contribution of $1000 entitles them to a $15,000 grant
Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance
The funds contributed by this program can be put towards your new home's down payment and closing costs.
Helps Cover Renovation Costs
On top of down payment and closing costs, funds from this program can be used for renovation expenses.

Funding is available to qualified borrowers that meet product and income eligibility requirements, including first-time homebuyers or families and individuals that currently own a home or have previously owned a home.*
