Our situation was tricky; but Brian did a great job of sorting out the non-traditional issues we had to work thru, was able to communicate our needs to his lender and at the same time keep us apprised of what was happening. We are fairly sophisticated people, but have having Brian working the process was a very good thing. I would use him again and will be recommending him to anyone needing a traditional mortgage or someone needing a more creative approach. He was timely, was great at follow up and he and his team made sure all the documents were in place and we closed on time…..Well done!
