Brian’s service was known to us from a previous refinance. His customer service is excellent and his response time is practically real time. He tracks the process in minute detail and kept us on target with the process. We decided to refinance in order to complete numerous projects that needed attention around our home which dates back to 1927. Given our current situation we thought a Refi was the best approach because we believed we’d be in the house at least another 5-8 years and wanted to improve the condition of some of the aspects of the home. NOTE: We started the construction process prior to the refinance process conclusion. This was a tactical error on our part and ended up delaying the refinance due to home inspector concerns. I was not pleased with the home inspection process given that we were improving the overall condition of the house, but that is not due to Brian, but did result in the delay. Additionally, my wife and I were separated by half an ocean during this time and Brian was able to complete the process with me in a remote part of the world. I thought the Title company could have been more flexible, but in the end it was completed with no issues. I did think the mortgage rate would be lower given the current trend in lowering of the interest rate by the federal reserve, but lesson learned, rates don’t actually trend the same when it comes to mortgages. Ultimately, the rate we received and the payment were quite manageable given our long term needs.
The fact remains that Brian bent over backwards to manage this deal for us and this is the second time he has done so on our behalf. He will provide you the attention you need and give you personalized service. He has my strongest recommendation for anyone seeking mortgage assistance.
