Fantastic experience!!! Chris Daly was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with responses from the time he took my call one late Friday afternoon until the day we closed. Would do business with Chris and Southern trust again without hesitation! My only (minor) suggestion for Southern Trust is to provide the option for electronic signatures.
