Kris worked endlessly for at least 1 and a half years trying to get us approved. During this time he never treated us as a number but a person. He always was available day and night to answer any questions that came up. Kris never acted too busy for us. He came through and when you are pre approved with him it’s as good as cash because he will close no matter what.
