Courtland Parnell is a great mortgage lender! We recently purchased our first home and Courtland did a great job guiding us through the process. He helped us understand the technical language in different contracts and with interest rates fluctuating daily its hard to know when to pull the trigger and lock in but he helped us there as well. The night we were deciding which way to go we had actually lost power from a storm so by candle light and with Courtland on speaker phone he guided us through two separate offers and why one was better then the other.
