Tim is a very knowledgeable loan officer. He demonstrates humility as well. If he doesn’t know, he’ll tell you instead of feeding you a line and always gets back immediately. He’s possesses outstanding communication skills and is a consummate professional. He is a rare example of someone whose passion for his profession projects into his client relationship. I do not endorse people lightly but will give the highest praise for the few who are deserving. Tim is most deserving. I was able to ascertain quickly that he doesn’t mess around by his actions. It was refreshing to see his attention didn’t wane after I decided to use him as my lender. He delivers results, not excuses and will keep you on task and is absolutely approachable explaining as much that is requested with options that are even sometimes not in his best interest but more yours. What more could one hope for in dealing with such a huge decision as a home purchase. I approached Tim from a recommendation from a friend who ended up not even using him after speaking with him one time on the phone. The only reason being that her current lender started making progress but that’s the impression he left on her after one phone call. I had the same experience as well and I’ve benefited greatly.
