Initially I was a bit thrown off because the loan officer, Wes, was constantly bringing up an issue that had already been addressed, and it almost felt like he was a bit condescending and treating me like a child. After that situation was reconciled, things moved pretty smoothly. Unfortunately, the train came off the tracks on closing day, when I was informed that they had “forgotten” about a “MUST HAVE” document from me, that had to be filled out by my commanding officer (not so easy to get on a short notice). I was beyond frustrated, and although I was able to get it done and close on time, it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Coupled with the issues I experienced early on, I would likely recommend others to seek out other options if possible and utilize this lending agency as a backup plan.
