Brian Picker of Southern Trust Mortgage is great. He communicates well and works hard to get you the best rate and monthly payments. I’ve refinanced with him twice now in 5 yrs and would do it again if necessary. Each time I end up in a better situation. He also has the title company come to you to sign papers. As a busy working person I greatly appreciate that! And there were no surprises.
