Megan T. at Southern Trust Mortgage was absolutely AWESOME to work with from beginning to end. She was kind, professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. Wes F. started out nice and professional. However, once my husband and I had questions about interest rates and other information that he quoted us (very close to our actual closing), he became irritated and unprofessional. As customers/clients trying to understand, it should have been Wes’ job to explain certain things upfront. Because he failed to explain certain things upfront and was bothered by the questions we were asking him, it made us feel uneasy as we headed to the closing table. We did close because we honestly didn’t have much of a choice. However, our final interaction with Wes certainly left a bad taste in our mouths.
