I have worked with Brian on the past 2 refinance programs for my house, and I could not have been happier. The first time I went through this with Brian 6 years ago, he walked me through the process step by step, explaining everything I would need to provide to him for the banks, etc. Then he explained all of the inspection processes, the back ground checks, etc. It was all very easy and seamless. This time around, I was more aware of what he needed, but I also did my homework on checking with other brokers on rates, closing costs, etc. Brian and Southern Trust came out ahead again. Not only were their rates the best, but again, the process was simple, the on-line signatures, etc made all the paperwork go quickly, and even the title company they work with, was a very quick 15 minute process.
