He answered every question and was very knowledgeable as well as EXTREMELY patient. When Things got difficult with our mortgage due to COVID-19 Patrick worked hard to secure a loan by an alternate method ensuring we could close quickly. We worked with Patrick for 5 months and he is not our mortgage broker anymore….he is now a friend 🙂🏠
