He was very professional and quite a people person in todays world most company they get your business than start to slack off I’m sure we all been there but not Thomas. Any question or concerns I had small or big he answered quickly though email, text or calling and made sure I understood clearly. He was amazing in guiding me on my 1st home purchase I honestly wanted to feel like a had a team working for me and I found that plus a professional friendship. Everyone said buying your 1st home is stressful well I here to say if when Thomas asked for paper work I got them to him same day most time you know after reading tone of 1st time home buying articles a good Idea on what you will need to submit. This process was a walk in the park and Thomas was able to get me more grant money back than I expected I brought less than $900 to the closing table and was in my dream home less than 2months tops.
