Brian was fantastic to work with through our loan process. He made the loan process super easy. He was always clear when making requests, providing instruction and helping us understand our options. He answered my thousands of questions and always provided timely responses (even when he was on vacation). He constantly searched for opportunities to get us the best loan product. He watched interest rates to make sure we didn’t get caught up in the fed rate hikes. He worked behind the scenes with the seller’s people and managed several challenges without ever putting us in the middle of any drama. It wasn’t until we got the keys did we find out (from others, not Brian) how much blocking and tackling Brian did behind the scenes to keep our process smoothe, moving and stress-free.
What I also appreciated is he helped us keep in mind what our budget was. When searching for a place, our price range kept increasing and he was good about bringing us back to our numbers and helping us think through what would make the most sense. It was like having an accountability partner. He wasn’t just about making the loan, but he wanted to make sure we stayed in the range we were comfortable with.
I’d absolutely recommend Brian and his team. Someone was always available and knowledgeable about the process so if Brian had to step out, Vanessa, for example, could step in. Again, he was great and we are the better for it.
