“Instrumental” and “committed” are too weak too describe how Clare serves her clients. In Clare’s prior position, she was THE reason we were able to buy our home. Our income and debt situation was a bit tricky, and we had already been turned down by other lenders. Our real estate agent referred us to Clare, and then, on the day we were scheduled to close, we found out it wasn’t going to happen. Clare did not quit; she continued to work for us and had us in the house just 30 days later with a conventional loan!
Fast forward almost three years; it’s time to refinance and use equity to pay off some credit cards. The income and debt weren’t so tricky this time, but there were a few hiccups. Clare’s consistent, dedicated approach got us through, and we closed last week!
