His response time, communication, and availability is amazing. This guy answered my phone call/text past normal working hours, late nights, and weekends. If he happened to not be available, he made sure to get back to me once he was available. He’s even answered his phone during dinner, from which I asked he call back at a more convenient time.
I even appreciated the fact that he showed up to closing if their were any issues or if i had questions. As a first time home buyer it meant a lot for my wife and I. It really felt he was on our team.
