It was a great pleasure working with Brian on our dual property mortgage refinance! We typically dread these types of invasive transactions because they are confusing, arduous and just down right time consuming. Brian, made the entire process almost enjoyable in the sense that we did not feel like we were committing too much time to the process while signing our lives away because he was taking care of business (us)! He always made sure we were aware of every deadline and was instrumental in prioritizing different tasks based on where we were in the process without any surprises. We were pleasantly surprised at his responsiveness to our concerns during and after hours. At one point we inundated him with a list of over a dozen questions after having reviewed some of the signature documents and where we typically get the “its all a part of the process, don’t worry” line, he did not skip a beat with answering all of the questions to our satisfaction. I could go on for a little more but the point I want to make is that when you go through a process such as buying, selling or refinancing a home, you want someone who is going to keep “your” best interests at heart and that was Brian for us!
