Kris was amazing! We switched to him right when our offer was accepted and he helped us get everything done in time for our closing! From the first time I spoke with Kris I felt so comfortable with him handling things for us. We had a few hiccups along the way (mostly with my husband and his student loans) but Kris always called us with the problem and the solution. It was so nice to hear him tell us what was going on but how he already had a plan for us to be able to work with it. I cannot express enough how wonderful that was, this process can be very stressful but Kris never scared us, knowing that he was on our side and always had a plan to help us made me so much more relaxed. While I’m sure he’s very busy he always made us feel like we were a priority.
