Chris is awesome! Always readily available to answer questions and offer support in the home buying process. Even after purchasing our home Chris offered continued support in the case that we had any further questions post-purchase. When we went to settlement his closing cost quotes were very similar to what we actually paid, in fact he quoted slightly higher than actual cost (very appreciative of that). Can’t say enough good things- if we purchase another home in the future, we will definitely be using Chris again!
