Overall, Brian was absolutely amazing through the whole process- pre approval, home searching, and creating the loan. I reached out to Brian around October of 2020. At that time, I was going to be a first time home buyer who had recently graduated from college and had only been working for 8 months. I tried another lender before him who told me that since I had not been working for a year she could not help me- which left me very disappointed. Brian, however, approved me for a loan even though I had not been working for a year. Throughout the whole looking for a home process, Brian was very accommodating. If I found a home that I was interested in, I would send him the address and he generously ran all the numbers for me so I knew what to expect if I wanted to put an offer in. During the loan process, he kept me up to date weekly, sometimes even daily on how things were going. He was always available, and responded rather quickly, via email or phone call. I have already started recommending him to my friends for when they look for a house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, but especially first time home buyers. He is great 🙂
