I was a first-time homebuyer who needed a lot of explanation and hand-holding throughout the home loan process. But I can’t even begin to describe how patient and understand Brian was with us the entire time. He did an excellent job of explaining the ins and outs of mortgages and was always available whenever we needed his assistance. Communication was excellent and Brian really made everything as simple as possible for us. I had always heard buying a home was a hassle, but Brian made it an easy breezy experience.
