Davis was great and really broke down everything for me. He was able to really work with me at all hours which was a great help because of my work schedule. The only thing that I wish would’ve been done a little bit differently was the program I was told that I qualified for which I did 11 hours of videos and classes for. To then learn a day or two before closing on my first home that I no longer qualify for this. This would change my rate point higher than what I was expected to pay. He told me I no longer qualify so I followed up with the Virginia housing loan company I worked with and they said this role has never changed, so it was more so a very important attention to detail piece that was missed other than that my overall experience was great… Mind you, this is my day-to-day payment on my home. His boss offered to give me a free refinancing for next year, but It really doesn’t change the fact of my current payment until I am allowed to refinance within Virginia guidelines.
