I have had over 10 home purchases and refinances in my lifetime and I am not normally one to write reviews, more so just leave a bad review if unhappy. I feel compelled to leave Paul a 5 star rating only because 10 star is not available. His knowledge in unparalleled to any other agent I have worked with especially when it came to complex transactions. I had diverse income and multiple rental properties that scared most lenders away. Paul took this as a challenge and the deal went through with flying colors. I started out wanting to buy, then decided to build. Paul could of easy thought I was just wasting his time kicking tires, but Paul and his team stuck with me through an entire BUILD (11 months) just to earn my business. He is honest, hard-working, and all around just a great guy to chat with.
