Jessica Courtney was a blessing in my home buying process. She worked diligently, often times after her duty hours, to make sure I had the lowest interest rate possible. She communicated with all parties and ensured my grants and all of the other pieces worked together.
There are many loan officers who will do all that I listed above, but Jessica went above and beyond. She answered my phone calls, texts, and never ending questions. Most times, my questions did not even fall under her job description, but she faithfully gave me her best answer. She was human. She was kind. Her passion for her job shined in all that she does. I can easily say that my home buying experience would not have been successful without her.
