Overall, I had a tremendously positive experience with Dave and his staff. I found Dave to me very knowledgeable, experienced, and very willing to answer my questions – – and even answer my questions over and over again if that was what I needed to feel comfortable. The re-finance process went exactly as described to me, without any last minute pop-up expenses at closing. In the end, Dave was able to save us significant money per month, and shed the dreaded PMI that came with our FHA loan.
