David is great. Clear communicator, calm and capable. Great rates didn’t hurt our experience either. We were first time buyers and had quite a few questions. It was really nice to be able to ask numerous (I’m sure irritating) questions. It was a big investment for us and we needed a little hand holding. Would recommend using David’s help next time.
