Dealing with Dave was just easy. That’s the best thing I can say. There could have been all kinds of hiccups but I didn’t know it if there were and I really appreciate that. Even after we closed Dave has been following up on a subsequent transaction he referred me to another vendor to complete. I’ll definitely be back next time.
