I’m glad my dad told me about Don, as a first home buyer I didn’t know what to expect. He took the time to explain everything so I understood, completed everything through email. Don had grant money put back, and I qualified for it. When I went to close on my loan I didn’t have to pay a cent out of pocket.Don explained everything so well and when I started my loan application with him in October 16 we closed December 16 would of been sooner if sellers realtor wouldn’t of took so long to get docs signed. I would recommend him.
