Brian is fantastic. He is very quick to respond via phone or e-mail and will go out of his way to make sure you understand what you need to do, and that everything is done as soon as possible on his end. Everything I required of him was completed well before I expected. I originally planned to close within three weeks of the date I contacted Brian, and he made sure everything was ready with the loan by the original closing date. My final date was delayed due to pipes bursting in the house near the closing date, but Brian made sure again that everything proceeded as necessary from there.
