Our loan officer, Chris Edge, was so patient and answered our (many) questions thoroughly and clearly. He worked with us through several different loan situations, was always quick getting back to us, and made it possible for us to settle on a very short timeline. He was very organized and made the whole process easy. I can’t recommend him enough!
Update: When we were finished remodeling our house, Chris helped us refinance to a better rate. With the added value, we were able to drop our mortgage insurance, which was a big plus. He made everything so easy and was responsive to all of our questions. Definitely recommend working with him and First Home!
