Courtland made himself available whenever I needed it and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I needed to while going through the process of applying for a loan. He would check in to make sure I was aware of documents that needed viewing/signing and be on top of communications with the attorney and realtor. Fantastic working with him, would do so again in the future.
