As a real estate agent I’ve worked with Nic for years and he has always provided superb service. However I recently had the pleasure of working with him on the other side of things, as the borrower and I can confirm just how great he is from that side of things as well.
I had 2 rental properties to refinance. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but we ran into some snags due to covid imposed delays on getting documents from the government. After giving that weeks to get done and the docs still not available, Nic was able to figure out a workaround and still succeeded in getting the loans done for me.
I cannot recommend him highly enough, Nic is a fantastic loan officer and will do a great job if you need one!
