For my mortgage loan Ms. Abby Guadalupe was my loan officer. I can say that Abby is the best loan officer I ever had. I love that she is very straight forward about what is expected from us as buyers to ensure that the process run smooth with no hiccups. Transparency- some people may not like to hear the things they don’t like or want to hear, but with Abby you are going to get the good news and the not so good news ahead of time to ensure that whatever your scenario is can be addressed. As a retired military her transparency was key for us being able to lock on the house of our dreams.
