We just closed and had an excellent experience. He was very detailed oriented and caught a mistake our realtor accidentally made that would’ve cost us money. He was dedicated to understanding our budget and providing us options on how to meet it. At all points throughout the process he was available and communicative. I don’t leave reviews often but I just can’t not leave a review after the excellent service my wife and I received. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Patrick again in the future.
