Tate Felt’s was awesome to work with! He was contacted by our Realtor on a Saturday. His responsiveness was impressive. With the help of Tate’s very capable, pleasant, and equally responsive Assistant, we were approved by Underwriting nine days later. To say a LOT happened during those nine days is an understatement. Would not change a thing. My only comment is to “keep doing what you are doing”!
