Brian Picker

Brian Picker is a Senior Vice President with Southern Trust and oversees the company’s Northern region (MD, DE, PA) from Ellicott City, MD.

As a top producing originator, Brian attributes his success to providing clients with the highest level of service. His priority is to ensure all customers have a pleasant and well-informed mortgage experience. As a result, Brian has closed over $1,000,000,000 in mortgages and has garnered loyalty from his past clients. It’s not uncommon for Brian to acquire customers for life.

Brian specializes in several home loan programs as well, including First-Time Homebuyers, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional loans, and more. He is a licensed Loan Officer in OH, DC, DE, FL, MD, NC, SC, PA, TN, and VA.

Brian is also highly respected by his colleagues and is an integral part of the decision-making process for Southern Trust Mortgage. His previous experience includes serving as Branch Manager for 1st Mariner Mortgage for 11 years. Brian got into the mortgage business right out of college in 2001.

Brian is a graduate of Carson Newman University with a degree in Business Management. He is from Howard County and currently lives in Glenelg, Maryland with his wife and four daughters. When not spending time with his family or working, Brian enjoys golfing.
