Homebuyer Assistance Programs

Southern Trust Mortgage participates with a variety of Federal, State, and non-profit affordable housing programs which help low to moderate income homebuyers with down payment and closing cost assistance. Some even offer lower interest rates than those available in the general market. These programs are very specific and usually have qualification criteria and restrictions that must be met in order to take advantage of the cost savings. A few of the assistance programs with which Southern Trust Mortgage proudly participates include: Ameridream, VHDA, Nehemiah, and American Family Funds.
