Southern Trust Mortgage is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the following positions:

Corporate Closer -  We are interviewing for closers for our corporate office.  Applicants must have 1-2 years experience in the mortgage business and knowledge of new HUD procedures.  Position ofers excellent compensation and company paid benefits along with a fast paced working environment.  Candidates must be able to work independently and be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.

 thehtWMortgage Loan Processor – We are looking for an experienced processor familiar with FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, VHDA & multiple automated underwriting systems.  Full time position with benefits.

Mortgage Underwriter - We are looking for an experienced mortgage underwriter in the Hampton Roads area.  Candidate should have strong analytical and decision making skills, excellent communication skills and should be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Position is full time with competitive salary and benefits.
