Potomac Bank of Virginia and Southern Trust Mortgage join to form Potomac Home Funding

(PRWEB) January 20, 2006 --  Potomac Bank of Virginia announces it has entered into a joint venture with Southern Trust Mortgage in Norfolk, VA, to establish a retail mortgage company.

The newly formed company, Potomac Home Funding, will offer full-service mortgage products to customers in its 4-branch trade area.  Potomac Home Funding has a full array of mortgage products including, but not limited to:  15 and 30-Year Fixed products, adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) with and without interest-only options, self-employed borrower specialty programs, and vacation/investment home mortgages.
